All memberships begin with a three-month minimum to ensure you get the full benefit of consistent therapy. After that, you're free to continue on a month-to-month basis—no long-term contracts.
Easy Cancellation
Life happens. Cancel anytime after your second month with just 30 days’ written notice by emailing us at [[email protected]].
Share Your Membership
Healing is better together. You can authorize one additional person to share your membership perfect for a partner, family member, or friend. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.
